End Client: To be disclosed About the Role: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Workday Financials Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation financial systems. This is a pivotal role that will drive the architectural vision for a $100M+ project, ensuring seamless integration between Workday Financials and our diverse ecosystem of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Workday's technical landscape, including Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Cloud Connect, and PRISM. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions that align with our business objectives.
Essential Qualifications:

• Workday Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementations, with a strong focus on integration architecture and design.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, SFTP, and web services. Proficiency in XSLT, XML, and other scripting languages.
• Integration Tools: Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Cloud Connect, and PRISM. Experience with third-party middleware solutions like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Data Governance: Strong understanding of Workday Data Governance, reporting, and data consumption methodologies.
• Security: In-depth knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based applications, including RBAC and data protection measures.
• Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage integration teams, oversee technical execution, and handle project timelines and priorities.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools.
• PeopleSoft Background: A strong understanding of PeopleSoft is beneficial for smooth migration and integration.
• DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools to optimize integration processes.
